The Inn On Magic Mountain

It can be a really great place to stay--especially during ski season; the lifts are a very short walk from the front door. Even in summer, it's a lovely spot, and its proximity to the Village of Weston and the Weston Playhouse make it an ideal place to stay if one desires an economical way to enjoy the wonderful shows at Weston Playhouse in the summertime. However, it obviously is in need of some TLC. The rooms are clean and adequate, but the bathroom fixtures were loose, and almost caused a burn when the hot water faucet almost came off in my husband's hand. Also, the sink in the bathroom has no counter space or cabinet, so it is difficult to use toiletries. However, our room had a second room with bunk beds and a sink that did have a counter, so that made putting on make-up easier. The management is brand new--they had only been there 4 days when we arrived. They are both very nice and accommodating, and assured me they are striving to make improvements so the Inn can live up to its potential.
